Sr. Inside Sales Associate

As our Sr. Inside Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of revolutionizing the way practices interact with their patients online.  With the support of our entire team and working directly with our senior leadership, you will be driving conversations and building relationships with key Physician Leaders, increasing sales, driving business opportunities, implementing sales strategies and improving closing ratios along the way.  

With success and growth, will come additional freedom to grow a team of inside sales representatives.

What we look for in a Sr. Inside Sales Associate?

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume high-velocity inside sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in previous roles
  • This is a high-volume inside sales position, so we expect you to be comfortable with significant outbound phone and email activity
  • Ability to achieve business targets including monthly quotas, prospect demo goals, and new opportunities
  • Ability to drive conversations and build relationships with key Practice Administrator and Physician Leadership contacts to help them make informed decisions about the value of Treatspace products
  • Strong technical aptitude - comfortable working with any software product
  • Ability to learn, work and contribute to success in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Possess influential and welcoming communication style
  • Be highly motivated, hardworking, entrepreneurial, ambitious, striving to succeed and exceed expectations
  • Experience in healthcare industry and/or software/technologies industry is desirable, but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
  • A combination of education and relevant work experience may be substituted
