Treatspace is looking for a high-energy Customer Success Specialist to manage the customer onboarding experience for our PracticeBeat ( product line. You’ll be responsible for managing all of the steps required to launch new customers.

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with the SEO, web design, and content teams to efficiently and effectively onboard new customers. Organizational skills are a must as you’ll be managing multiple customers and priorities at once. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, results-driven individuals who will do whatever it takes to meet customer needs. They are just as adept at solving complicated technical problems as they are at conversing with clients, and they always maintain an air of professionalism.


  • Bachelor's degree; coursework in computer science, marketing, graphic design, web development, or similar is a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in managing multiple web or technology projects

  • Experience in a customer facing role, preferably focused on customer onboarding 
  • Knowledge about the development and design of online websites
  • Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple customers and projects at once and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proactive communication skills to keep customers informed through the implementation process
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • A strong technical aptitude 
  • Proven ability to drive results under pressure

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Initiate Implementation
    • Lead customer onboarding meetings with physicians and/or practice administrators
    • Create a trusted relationship and become a strategic business advisor for customers
  • Manage Web Projects
    • Manage onboarding process for multiple new customers simultaneously
    • Coordinate with internal (graphic designers, content writers and web developers) and external (IT and third-party vendors) teams to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
    • Provide weekly account status updates to internal and external stakeholders
    • Identify roadblocks and obstacles and work with internal teams to resolve them
    • Manage customer escalations and advocate for their needs and issues with internal teams
  • Create Web Profiles
    • Build out provider and location profiles on customer websites
    • Create and manage third party listings for providers and locations 
  • Demonstrate and Train
    • Present website drafts to customers, get their thoughts and suggestions, coordinate internally and manage updates
    • Coordinate training sessions with the customers to get them on-boarded on the software
  • Improve Operational Efficiency and Assist with Customer Audits
    • Develop effective processes and training procedures to manage and scale the web implementation process
    • Assist the content and design teams in auditing customer sites for quality assurance
